11/06/2008:
A new demonstration site has been created to enable early testing of the V2.00 system and tools. This demonstration system is basically a clone of the existing system (data included), so your existing logins and passwords should work. This demonstration system is completely separate from the live system, so you can enter dummy information if you'd like. This information will NOT make it into your monthly reports. This demonstration system is simply for use for testing the V2.00 functionality, and as well it can be used for training.
The new V2.00 paper forms can be found in the documentation section of the site once you log into the ODP system.
Don't miss the new version of the Website Walkthrough document, this makes for very helpful material when training!

OACCA ODP V2.00 Demonstration System
09/19/2008:
New functionality has been added to the OACCA ODP system. The Message Center, located on a users main menu, will soon be used to announce when Monthly Reports are available for agencies. There will be other uses for this in the future as well. For more information on the Message Center, please read your first Message Center message!
09/15/2008:
Three new questions have been added to the FAQ (40, 41, & 42). In addition, new Missing Data Reports have been added to the ODP system for the following tools: Follow Up Summary, Caregiver Sat. Survey, Child Sat. Survey, Public Agency Sat. Survey, Worker Exp. Survey (Intake), and Worker Exp. Survey (Discharge).
07/08/2008:
A new edition of the Newsletter has been posted, as well as two new questions to the FAQ.
04/25/2008:
A new report has been added to the system today. The Agency Placement Status Report. This report shows an agency all of their placements, by program, as well as the status of each of the tools for that placement.
04/21/2008:
Yet another new Missing Data Report has been added to the system today. The Integrated Missing Data Report - Ohio Scales Worker. This report is a little different, and broader in scope than the previous Missing Data reports. In addition, the Agency and System Statistics reports have been modified to now show the number of packets for a given packet type. This should help agencies summarize their overall data overview.
04/17/2008:
Two Detailed Agency Missing Data Reports have been added to the system today. These are the reports that everyone has been looking for (at least, for the Child Risk Factors and Discharge Summary tools). These tools show, on a client/placement basis, per field, Errors/Blanks/Unknowns/No Answers.

Two new reports have been added to the system today. The System Missing Data - Child Risk Factors Report and the Agency Missing Data - Child Risk Factors Report.

The first Monthly Reports for agencies are now available! These should be available on your main menu as you log in. In addition, several new entries have been added to the FAQ.

- Version 1.11 Is Now In Effect! -
Major changes from V1.10 are an upgraded Environmental Factors - Intake (the Discharge was not changed) and the addition of the DECA. Please note, with the DECA, the system takes care of the totaling and scoring for you. After entering a DECA tool, go back and view it to see the scores.
You will notice some visual changes to the Placement Record screen. Tools marked with a dark line are not recommended based on the client's age at Intake or Discharge. This pertains to the DECA and Ohio Scales tools. In addition, the clients age (in years as well as months) is now displayed in the Placement Info section below the Intake Date and Discharge Date. The Placement ID is now displayed as well. Please reference this number when making any kind of technical request to Jim Burkett or Joe Thielen.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
There have been some last minute changes regarding the DECA. It was realized with the DECA we had no capability like the ROLES in the Ohio Scales. This situation has been resolved by adding a new page to the DECA documents. In addition to the DECA form, we've added a supplmenet entitled "Roles For Young Children". This is an OACCA ODP addition to the DECA documents.
ALSO NOTE:
Please note that the original DECA documents which where posted in the Intake/Discharge documentation sections where the full DECA packets which included both the forms and the scoring documents. This made for a very large document. And potentitally confusing. When the web-based system goes on-line, you will not need to manually score any DECA form. The web-based system will score the form for you, which makes things a bit easier. So, with this in mind, new documents have been released. In the Intake/Discharge sections of the documentation list, only the forms are there now. The form being the DECA (or DECA Infant or DECA Toddler)and the new ODP Roles for Young Children. The full packets are still available, with the addition of the new ODP Roles for Young Children, in the DECA Documents section of the documentation list.
Jim Burkett will be send out an e-mail shortly with more information on this matter.

As of now, all V1.11 documents should now be posted. In addition, there were some important changes added to the User Manual for Completing the Packets, please notice the new document version of V1.11b.

Some documents (Intake/Discharge complete packets, Demographics, Summary/CheckLists) are not yet available, they will be added as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE:These documents are being made available now in preparation for when V1.11 is brought on-line in the web-based system on 1/16/2008.
Between 1/1/2008 and 1/15/2008 only data from 2007 should be entered into the system.
Any new data for 2008 should NOT be entered into the system until V1.11 officially goes into effect on 1/16/2008!!!
Also note, there will be no SPECS availabe until File Import functionality has been re-introduced. This is expected sometime in the 2nd or 3rd quarter.
