12/17/2007:
The User Manual For Completing The Packets document has been updated slightly. There was an error in regards to the Environmental Factors - Intake document. This document should always be filled out now, in all cases. Previously this was not the case, but this has been changed.

12/14/2007:
Added a link to the ODP Calendar on the front page.

12/07/2007:
A new section has been added to the ODP documents menu (located in the ODP system itself) for ODP Periodic Documents. I've placed the current newsletter in there, as well as added the newest version of the Decisions and Recommendations document.

11/20/2007:
The ODP User Manual For Completing The Packets document has been updated in the ODP documents menu.

11/12/2007:
There have been two new documents added into the ODP documents menu - The ODP WBSU System Walk Through for Agencies and the ODP Follow Up Consent Form. Both were discussed at the recent Users Conference.

10/31/2007:
Updates! The ODP Brochure has been slighly updated. We've added the latest Newsletter to the site. The FAQ has been updated with a new item. In addition, member agencies will, shortly, have access to a new report in the system which will allow an agency to view their current data input progress and compare it against the system as a whole on a tool-by-tool basis. Also slated for the near future is a similar report based on tool fields, although this is not currently complete.

The system documentation has now been moved to within the ODP application. To gain access to this documention, please log into the ODP application. If you are not a member agency and wish to learn more about the project, please contact Jim Burkett <jkburket@bright.net>.

07/17/2007:
- Version 1.1 Is Now In Effect! -
Please note that all tools created using the V1.00 tools will remain in the V1.00 format. Only NEW tools in NEW packets created as of 7/17/2007 will be created using the new V1.1 format. IMPORTANT NOTE: If a given packet (Intake, Discharge, or Follow-Up) was created and at least one tool was completed for that packet before 7/17, then ALL tools in that packet will done in the V1.00 format, even after 7/17/2007. Only brand new packets created on or after 7/17/2007 will use the V1.1 format.
